3.1 Quote Requests

Quote requests submitted through our website or other communication channels are non-binding estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on actual property conditions, specific requirements, and scope of work.

3.2 Booking Confirmation

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment terms depend on the service type:

• Residential services: Full payment upon completion unless otherwise agreed

• End of lease cleaning: Payment may be required before or upon completion
• Large or specialized projects: Deposit may be required before commencement

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept payment via:

4.4 Late Payment

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

5.1 Client Cancellations

• More than 48 hours before scheduled service: No cancellation fee
• 24-48 hours before scheduled service: 50% of quoted price
• Less than 24 hours before scheduled service: 100% of quoted price

5.2 Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests made with at least 48 hours notice will be accommodated without penalty, subject to availability. Multiple rescheduling requests may incur administrative fees.

5.3 Company Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to:

• Severe weather conditions
• Staff illness or emergencies
• Unsafe working conditions
• Force majeure events

In such cases, we will reschedule at no additional cost or provide a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.

6. Client Responsibilities

6.1 Property Access

You must ensure:

• Timely access to the property at scheduled times
• Provision of keys, access codes, or other entry arrangements
• Clear communication about any access restrictions
• Availability of parking if required

6.2 Property Preparation

Before our arrival, you should:

• Remove valuable or fragile items
• Secure pets in a safe location away from cleaning areas
• Clear floors and surfaces of personal belongings
• Inform us of any damaged or delicate items requiring special care
• Ensure utilities (water, electricity) are connected and operational

6.3 Safety Hazards

You must inform us in advance of:

• Asbestos or other hazardous materials
• Structural damage or safety hazards
• Pest infestations
• Mold or contamination issues
• Any other conditions that may affect worker safety

7. Service Delivery and Standards

7.1 Service Quality

7.2 Guarantee

We offer a satisfaction guarantee for our services:

• If you are not satisfied with our work, notify us within 24 hours
• We will return to address any issues at no additional cost
• This guarantee applies to areas we were contracted to clean
• Pre-existing damage or issues beyond normal cleaning are excluded

7.3 Limitations

Our services do not include:

• Repair or renovation work
• Moving heavy furniture or appliances
• Climbing above standard ladder height
• Hazardous material removal
• Pest control or extermination
• Garden or exterior landscaping work (unless specifically quoted)

8. Liability and Insurance

8.1 Insurance Coverage

We maintain comprehensive public liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance as required by Australian law. Insurance details are available upon request.

8.2 Damage Claims

In the unlikely event of damage occurring during service delivery:

• Notify us immediately or within 24 hours of discovering damage
• Provide photographic evidence if possible
• Allow us to inspect the damage
• We will repair or compensate for verified damages covered by our insurance

8.3 Liability Limitations

We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage or defects
• Damage resulting from improper property preparation
• Loss or damage to items not disclosed to us

We may terminate services immediately if:

• You fail to make payment
• Unsafe or illegal conditions exist at the property
• We are unable to access the property as agreed
• You engage in abusive or threatening behavior toward our staff

15. Dispute Resolution

15.1 Informal Resolution

If any dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve the matter informally. Many issues can be resolved through good faith communication.

15.2 Formal Complaints

Formal complaints should be submitted in writing to our contact address. We will investigate and respond within 14 business days.

15.3 Mediation

If informal resolution fails, we agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action. Each party will bear their own costs for mediation.

15.4 Legal Action

Any legal action must be brought in the courts of Victoria, Australia, and governed by the laws of Victoria and Australia.

16. General Provisions
